The Ruhr University Bochum is offering a BIM professional Certification Course

The Ruhr University Bochum in collaboration with HOCHTIEF ViCon and Planen Bauen 4.0, is going to conduct a “BIM Professional” certification course that will commence from the summer 2016 semester. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an emerging technology for designing, construction and managing built structures. BIM processes are considered as avant-grade but until now, these are not organized systematically.

This newest BIM certification course will provide the first ever well organized training for next generation BIM Professionals. The attendees will receive superior quality training with six thematically-structured modules covering the various fields like technology, processes, people and guidelines as well as familiar with managing the project more competently by applying proven BIM processes and tools.

The BIM training course is specifically designed for the following professionals :-

• engineers and architects in every service segment;
• managers and project managers;
• future BIM experts.

Participants can undergo training on part time basis and participate in a structured way with the complete subject of BIM. The trainer will share their brief practical & professional experience. Once the course will be finished successfully, participants will obtain the “BIM Professional” certificate that is supported and approved by Planen Bauen 4.0, the leading company in implementing BIM in Germany.
